Shipping Exchanges and Return

Thanks for choosing kayturestylings. Each and every piece is custom created for each client. . Therefore we cannot accept returns unless item received is not as you've ordered or not as described. If a return is approved this must be done in 7 business days from return approval. Failure to do so voids the return process completely. We ask that you submit a need by date. If this need by date is not met due to a delay or fault on our end that was not discussed with you, we accept full responsibility for the garment and will issue a refund. We are not responsible for delays by any postal services. Emergencies do arise, if your order is affected you will be immediately notified. If you delay to respond we will not be held responsible for delays with your order. Your garment will be started immediately after payment. Average order time is 4-6 weeks. Every single garment will be measured and photographed to ensure that measurements submitted match measurements of the garment. Please note your measurements submitted when making any custom piece will not be exact. The waist and hip Measurement for most of our pieces will be 1 -2 inches smaller than measurements submitted.
